A very comfortable & tastefully appointed 3 bedroom house. Only 800 metres to the beach with all local amenities a 4 minute drive.
A functional kitchen with everything you need for family cooking. A BBQ and outdoor eating area for those lovely evenings. Big open lawns.
Very light filled with a large living area. Wide-screen TV and DVD player.
Back yard is secure. The gate will keep the children safely with in the property.
There will be four [4] single beds and the one queen for this summer.
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no closed off rooms or storage areas. The only area where the guests shouldn't go is the shed. This is where maintenance equipment is stored.
Once you've made the arrangements with us we'll organise to leave a key for you.
We are on call to fix anything and to make sure the bins are out.
Linen is supplied and is always washed fresh for new guests. There is a large fast washing machine available if you need to do any washing during your stay.
Point Lonsdale is a very small town and all shops and beach locations are within walking distance or a short drive. It's also only a 20 minute drive to Ocean Grove where the front beach offers great safe surfing. A 10 minute drive will have you in historic Queenscliff where there are some great pubs for dinner.
There are busses that travel in to Geelong and to Ocean Grove. Most of your travel in Point Lonsdale can be walking or very short car trips. A walk to the lighthouse along the beach after dinner is a favourite family activity.
